Cancellation Policies
PUBLIC CRUISES
If you need to cancel your booking you must notify the cruiseline via the "Contact Us" at www.onthelooscruises.com 36 hours prior to departure time. . You may request a refund or reschedule. You will be charged a 10% processing fee
CHARTERED PRIVATE CRUISES
If you need to cancel your "Chartered Cruise" you must notify the cruiseline via the web at www.onthelooscruises.com and click on the "Contact Us"
four weeks prior to the planned event. You will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Cancellations requested fewer than four weeks prior to the
event will lose the initial deposit.
Covid Policies
Our guidelines have been developed in consultation with the Passenger Vessel Association, US Coast Guard, Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation, and local recommendations. As of June 2021 we are not Masking
Are masks required if we’re on the upper deck or outside?
In the open areas, masks are optional. As June 2021 We are NOT Masking
Is there sanitizer on the boat?
Yes! There are several sanitation stations about the boat.
